It includes up and down, right and left, and diagonal movement. It is advised to spend ten seconds in each of these training and only eyes should be moved. Head movement is not appreciated.
Advantages: Usually, we keep our eyes focused on the front screen or textbook, and the brain may not be aware of the happenings at other dimensions. So, if suddenly, you change the direction to hear someone or see something, the focus gets distracted and the learnings at the moment may get lost in the memory.
By doing this exercise, your brain will be able to accept the other distractions and preserve the learnings efficiently. And, also you will be able to read at a glance.
In this exercise, you have to stretch your arms to the sides and stick your thumbs as shown, either sitting or standing position. Then, without turning the head, glance the right and left thumb alternately for ten times. Repeat the process for two to three times.
Advantages: It works on your eye sockets which control the peripheral vision. It relaxes the eye muscles and makes them healthier and flexible.
This is the best work out you can give for the eyes. Your eyes get exposed to unrelated movement. To accomplish this exercise, stand erect, and see the wall that is far to you. Write your name on it using only your eyes.
